I want to talk about ICE states a bit as this has been slowing me down. I set up a bridge for tomorrow at 8 am pacific.  If anyone wants to join me, I want to talk about the two proposals in the attached slides. If no one cares, I will just talk to my imaginary friends about making imaginary progress.
