additional SDP slides

Since Cullen mentioned during the meeting today slides that I had written but which will not be presented which may or may not include statements by me that I am proposing an alternative to completely specifying SDP, I will attach them here for reference.

Obviously without the presenter, some of these won't make very much sense, I will gladly clarify for anyone.

I will note that some of the questions raised in these have already been answered, which is a good thing.
