Hi,

I had a brief look at http://dev.w3.org/2011/webrtc/editor/webrtc.html
and in general I think the language needs to be substantially
improved. I suggest reading through
http://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/Howto_spec for guidelines. Many
interfaces, interface members, etc. have no normative requirements
whatsoever. Some parts still seem okay, I think those were written by
Ian originally. (Not mentioning him or the WHATWG in the
acknowledgment section seems somewhat rude...)
