All,

based on the feedback received to the CfC [1] the chairs conclude that 
there is no objection in the webrtc WG against publishing the Media 
Capture TF Scenario document [2] as a FPWD.

(There were comments made, but those were more directed toward 
procedural questions, and not objecting the publishing).
