DTMV v3

Updated proposal attached.

Note that I went with a simple string that can be overwritten 
(cancelling non-started tones), not a FIFO.
If FIFO, it would have to consist of <tone, duration> pairs, since 
multiple sendDTMF calls could have different duration parameters.

I also made the current tone buffer and duration readable from the object.
