Francois tells me a lot of people have joined the list, even before the 
WG is officially created by the W3C leadership.

I'm hoping to see the approval this week - once that is done, the next 
step is the official call for participation and the declaration of 
participation from member companies.
Still some bureaucracy - but soon, I hope, we'll have that behind us!
