Examining the link, it seems like it was a deep-link whose target changed. Was it [here](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/EventTarget/addEventListener#improving_scrolling_performance_with_passive_listeners) you were linking? (Hope it does not change again by the time you read this.)
