@aboba the text explicitly references the RTT over datachannel work at IETF - my expectation matches yours that given the current approach, there will likely be no work needed on the WebRTC API side of things. But should it evolve in a way where browsers might need to expose new API surface, this makes it squarely under the scope of the charter.
