@alvestrand I already [gave an 
example](https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-stats/issues/116#issuecomment-268092437)
 in the form of code, for the subset we support (rtp, rtcp, ice).

If you're asking for a position, I'm sure smarter people can answer 
that, though I'd intuit:
* Any data that multiplies when a second track are added, is 
per-track, and filterable.
* Any included per-track data MUST include records it references by 
"foreign-key" `fooId` as well.
* Anything else, such as data channel should not be included when 
selecting on track.
