I never got around to talk about this one on the call yesterday. But I 
think we should merge. It is probably not perfect, but a great 
improvement over what is in the spec now, and also reflecting the (sole) 
current implementation. For example, IFRAME is no longer used.

I think we should merge this one.

Anyone willing to take a look and hopefully merge?
