A) Asking all users to use a particular browser isn't going to work. People will just give up.




B) The problem is that is didn't receive the confirmation email for registering. That's not a browser problem. Is the server sending email? Has it been white listed through a service so it doesn't get filtered as spam. (I did check my spam box, and it's not there.)
