RE: Hi, my name is Yurii

Hi Yuri.

Welcome to Webplatform Docs!

If you're just getting started on the site, we have a Contributor's Guide<http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Contributors_Guide>. If you're nervous about jumping in, play around on the practice page<http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Practice_Page>. You can do anything you want there. You cannot screw that up at all (that is not a challenge).

Right now, our biggest area for investment is in assigning "readiness markers" to our pages. You can read about the project at http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Projects/QASprints/2014-june. If you see an assignment where a volunteer looks to need help, you can reach out to them or just jump in.

There are many of us working on Web Platform Docs, but we can be hard to find if you don't know where to look. We have weekly meetings<http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Community/Meetings/General> at 1pm, East Coast time (US). You can read or contribute to our blog<http://blog.webplatform.org/>, or follow news and announcements at @WebPlatform<https://twitter.com/webplatform> on Twitter. The W3C (who administers WPD) and people working on this project tend to live on IRC. There's an easy web interface<http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#webplatform> for joining our IRC channel.

All the best,

Eliot Graff
