Hi Dan.

First, I am sorry to come back that late at you.

I also experienced the same outage at the time you notified. Since i’m the resident system administrator of the site I could fix right when it happened but I forgot to thank you for notifying us.

Like Eliot said, I am currently adjusting the configuration/server provisioning. At the moment, when it comes to outages, it is more like a set of non-predictable short spikes until I finish adjusting things.

Again, thank you for the notification, it was much appreciated.
