I made it "Done: Username", to distinguish tasks that are claimed (but not done) from tasks that are done.

If you look at the weekly status page,[1] Doug and I have put links to users instead of "done". I think this is a more meaningful value, especially if we want to do anything such as recognize folks in the future.
