Surfacing getting involved

I think we could do much more to invite participation in content editing 
and creation on the main landing pages ([www|docs].webplatform.org). 
Right now, the site and community are much more about those activities 
than about reading/consuming content, and we should bring that to the 
foreground. Our current landing pages are portraying this as a place to 
*read* about web development -- we'll get there eventually, but it's a 
higher priority right now to get people involved in editing.
I have more thoughts about this, but I won't have time until at least 
next week to write them up.
