Re-correction: the fix is scheduled for 01:00 UTC January 31, 2013. That's
5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time today, 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
today, and lo and behold, 1:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (aka Universal Time
Coordinate) tomorrow.
