Feedback from Berlin doc sprint

Hi all!

At the Berlin doc sprint, I was inundated with really useful feedback concerning webplatform.org's site/process, etc. I thought I'd share it here, so we can decide what's useful and needs to be turned into new bugs, what's duplicates, or not useful, etc.

1. Some people want to just look at site compatibility info, or code examples. It would be nice to create the site in a way that people can search to just bring up site compat info or code examples, and not have to trawl through all the full reference pages.

2. "Block of editorial notes" styling needs improvement - it currently just appears at the top of the page like normal text. This styling is terrible. Surely this should be put in a different style that makes it look obvious that it is not part of the article … or hidden behind a open/close box, or something. Maybe even put it on the discussion page? Get those back up and working?

3. The "syntax" on the CSS properties template (and probably others too) is not strictly speaking syntax, it is more usage or examples. Syntax implies proper syntax notation like you'd see in the specs. Should we show both? Should we change the labelling of the current "syntax" to something else?

4. The comment speech bubbles are no longer showing, and instead you get a messy bit of text shown, which looks bad.

5. in examples blocks, the system should escape HTML automatically. It is stupid having to escape it yourself with entities, etc.

6. We should define a schema for creating examples - making them consistent

7. We are getting going on work towards getting site compat info out of the W3C test suites. and test contributor Rodney Rehm (who was at the doc sprint) says he would love to contribute to this. I can make contract with him about this.

8. Related point, could we easily grab a list of allegedly animatable properties from the site, somehow

9. localisation articles - would be better as internationalization category? plus can we have a property topic for i18n?

10. Images in specs, can we use those on webplatform.org pages, with attribution? Can we have a process for that?

11. The title you put in the "custom page title" field should be used in the breadcrumb trail, but it isn't - this should be fixed
