Please review: word-break property

Hi everyone,

I have gone through the existing *word-break* property [1] and made a few
updates along with a new example [2]:

- Completed overview table
- Updated summary to W3C's
- Updated values to W3C's (slight copy modifications to explain CJK)
- Updated live example into a codelet and documented example
- Removed -ms- prefix examples but kept the note that was in remarks to
explain IE8 support

Let me know if I'm missing anything. Thanks all!
