Damn. http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/Special:Templates is consistently
giving me a 503 error page.

Do we have a template for a box that stands out so I can put the "See
wiki/other-property instead." in it? kind of like the TODO template, I
guess.
If we do not have one, we need one. The wiki is full of such properties,
unfortunately (because the web is). Any design suggestions?
