I rebooted after updates deployment: Big mistake

Hello people

I am sorry to say that I think I made a big mistake.

Prior to use salt-cloud as per Ryan recommended me, I was getting error messages and I thought: let's update the softwares.

I wish I hadn't.

Is there anything I can do to recover that I cannot guess?
