We should have one for apis <http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/apis>, no?
I've created bug
20464<https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=20464>for this.

Dave Gash and I are forging ahead on the reorganization of the apis pages.
While we're doing so, we'll need to refer to the old landing page.
