Hrm, that's definitely more intuitive. How about going step further and using a lang: namespace?

Chinese: docs/webplatform.org/wiki/css/properties/border-radius/lang:zh
French: docs/webplatform.org/wiki/css/properties/border-radius/lang:fr

Or would that not work with the auto link generation?
