Looking at the Q&A page, I thought it looked pretty cool, but it could really do with an explanatory paragraph at the top of the page. Does anyone agree? I have put a full explanation, along with some suggested text, at https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=20215
