I would be tempted to add a sandbox page, but a sandbox also needs an automatic
backend process to regularly reset the content, so it's not an ordinary page.

Potential contributors who are unfamiliar with the WP editing tools will
benefit from having a page in which they are encouraged to experiment, without
fear of creating permanent damage. Best to let them loose in the sandbox before
they edit pages for real.
