Summary: Contents sidebar may be redundant with user-preference
                    setting for TOC
           Product: webplatform.org
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: skin
        AssignedTo: schepers@w3.org
        ReportedBy: jswisher@mozilla.com
         QAContact: public-webplatform-bugs@w3.org

Users can set a personal preference "Show table of contents (for pages with
more than 3 headings)". If this is enabled, they get both an inline TOC and the
Contents sidebar. It might make sense to only show one of these. This might
have accessibility implications.
