Message-ID: <bug-19082-5733@http.www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/>

Summary: Lost comments aren't rebased correctly
           Product: webplatform.org
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Comments Extension
        AssignedTo: team-webplatform-admin@w3.org
        ReportedBy: schepers@w3.org
         QAContact: public-webplatform-bugs@w3.org

When the user attempts to attach a "lost" comment to a new section, it's always
attached to "Overview" (the first section?). It should be attached to the
proper section.

Also, the new rebased comment doesn't immediately appear in the list of all

I don't think we need a separate tab for lost comments... they should all be at
the bottom of the "All Comments" tab in a "Lost Comments" section, and should
also indicate the former section name they were listed under (to make it easier
to rebase them).
