RE: "User Informed approach: developing solutions with users in the room”.

In human-mediated digitally-enhanced scenarios, the digital system presents
information, and the humans retain the responsibility and right to decide.
In purely algorithmic trading, the digital system can be left to autopilot.
But in both scenarios, the designer/developer community ought to pay
attention to Wiener's Laws:

It's interesting that few who write about Wiener's Laws grasp that by
intentionally leaving Laws 1-16 blank, he was just emphasizing the
methodological significance of uncertainty. Or, at least this is my
