How to spend money on the dev.payswarm site

Hello all,

The demo website at https://dev.payswarm.com/  seems to be having some
technical difficulties. Are there any suggestions on how to "spend' the
money from the dev.payswarm dashboard?

I have already logged into
https://dev.payswarm.com/i/brentshambaugh/dashboard with my e-mail
and password. I would like to log into recipies.payswarm.com, but this
server is not found. I went to the https://dev.payswarm.com/ site and
clicked on the "Try the Demo" link and got "Sorry! This site is
experiencing technical difficulties","Try waiting a few minutes and
reloading.","(Can't contact the database server: Cannot return last error,
no db connection)","You can try searching via Google in the
meantime.","Note that their indexes of our content may be out of date." and
then a search box with radio buttons for PaySwarm and the WWW.

The tutorial I am trying to follow is on YouTube at "
www.youtube.com/watch?v=02vX36Ntxxk" with the title "PaySwarm -
Browser-based Purchase". It was embedded in the "Web Payments with
PaySwarm: Purchasing (part 3 of 3)" at
https://hacks.mozilla.org/2013/04/web-payments-with-payswarm-purchasing-part-3-of-3/
