Re: remittance.  Im hugely in favour of the remittance use case.  According
to latest research around 500 billion a year is sent home through
remittance at an average cost of 8.9% per transaction.  Yet, sending an
email is relatively cost free, while transmitting an equivalent amount of
data.  If it is possible through web technologies to reduce this premium, I
think it would be highly beneficial to the consumer, many of whom are some
of the poorest in the world.  This innovation, imho, could help bring
people out of poverty or even save lives.
