Web Payments at United Nation's IGF (video)

This is an excerpt from a United Nations' (Internet Governance Forum)
panel discussion about Web Payments and the World Wide Web Consortium
(W3C) in front of ambassadors from various nations around the world,
global law and policy makers, tax policy thinkers, and a sprinkling of
technologists and civil society folks working on policy/law/regulatory
issues:

Pindar Wong, who is a member of this group, was absolutely vital in
getting the work that we do here exposed to the government, policy, and
law folks at the United Nations. We now have connections in the US
government, the World Bank, and other organizations that are interested
in the work we're doing here. I'll be following up with them after W3C's
Technical Plenary, which is in a week and a half.

For those of you that are new to the group; Pindar is the guy to the
center-left of the video, and I'm the one to the center-right.
