web-payments.org vs. payswarm.com

Hi all,

We discussed a re-branding of this group's website on last weeks call:

https://payswarm.com/minutes/2013-12-11#topic-2

The primary issue is that people are seeing something called "PaySwarm"
and are immediately jumping to the conclusion that it's a proprietary
solution, even after we explain that it's a completely open, patent and
royalty-free set of specifications that are published on the Web.

The current proposal is to make web-payments.org the site where we place
the content for this group. All content from payswarm.com will be
migrated to the new site and re-branded to "Web Payments". All telecon
minutes will be served from there, all specs will be served from there, etc.

The code name for some of the specs that we're working on here will
still be "PaySwarm", but that branding will be removed from all
presentations in an effort to make the messaging about what we're doing
here more clear. The message we want to send is "We are standardizing a
variety of technologies to ease sending and receiving money via the
Web". Some of those technologies include JSON-LD, PaySwarm, Ripple,
Bitcoin, and ISO20022. Other technologies will be added as necessary.

Thoughts? If there is no objection on the list, we'll start this
transition later this month.
