I feel too new here to vote, but I do not object to your proposal, David.

At first, I didn't like W3's barging in with their demands for
hierarchical social organization. But now I can't see much difference
between what you all mean by "facilitator" and what W3 means by
"chair". I'm guessing that Manu can be unseated at any moment if group
members deem it necessary. So as much as I like to take radical
positions, I think it more profitable to work on the money issue here,
not the procedural one (which the money one will likely handle in time
anyway).
