@stpeter, I've take up @marcoscaceres' proposal to split up this review. I've moved text to individual issues, both existing (#17) and new (#28 through #36). The other review comments have been disposed of as follows: * Offered an answer; no change required: #6, #7 * Updated the proposal based on your comment: #5, #7, #8, #9, #10, #21 * Created new FAQ entries [1] that will be moved to the developer portal FAQ once stable (and if still relevant). * Added editors' tracking notes to the bottom of the proposal [2] for when the time comes to move the text to a formal document.
