Fixes the last little things... but this spec is DONE! (✅) @ianbjacobs this is now CR ready. I've checked the links through link checker, ran it through pub rules, ran the css and HTML validator. There is only link to WHAT-WG html that the link checker can't find, because WHATWG-HTML uses JS to do redirects... and the link checker doesn't 🤷🏽♂️ Anyway!
