The list/registry of approved card network identifiers is an important dependency of this specification (since it's essentially a part of the spec maintained elsewhere), but it's currently a little bit hidden since it's only visible in a hyperlink in the [definition of `supportedNetworks`](https://w3c.github.io/webpayments-methods-card/#dfn-supportednetworks). It should probably be written so it appears in the references section so that it's a little more visible.
