Hello All:

Here is a slightly revised agenda for Monday, with entries reflecting developments subsequent to the first agenda being sent.  It's a full agenda - we'll have to move quickly.

   Appoint scribe.



2 Proposing an "IG Process"



   Last week on the IG telcon we identified the need to focus on how to jump-start topics.

   In support of that idea (and others), Ian has revamped the proposed process page.

   Please take a few minutes to read through the revised proposal, and come prepared with ideas on Monday.

   Also, email to the list is always welcome.



   Some personal observations (from David) follow:



   The document is roughly organized as 1) how to get started, 2) what is expected from a champion, 3) a rough idea of

   activities for engaging people, and 4) a recommended process to orchestrate the work.

3 Mid-2016 Year Logistics (revisit, again)



   We will have more details by the time of our meeting.  Logistics for a proposed mid-year f2f are firmer, and we'll discuss

   the plans.



   Also, we need to begin to organize topics in advance of any meetings, hopefully using the "IG Process."



4 Verifiable Claims update



   Manu has requested a short session to report on the results and consult on next steps for the TF.
