FYI: Open Banking Development Group launch

Dear WPIG,

A few days ago the Open Data Institute posted:

Announcing the Open Banking Development Group
  http://theodi.org/news/announcing-the-open-banking-development-group

Quoting from [1]:

"Its aim is to develop a framework for adopting an open API standard across banking and explore how open banking will impact consumers, regulators and industry.”

Meanwhile, today the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) announced some documents:
 https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases/review-of-banking-for-small-and-medium-sized-businesses-smes-in-the-uk#final-report

Included is:

 Summary of Final Report
 https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/57a8c0fb40f0b608a7000002/summary-of-final-report-retail-banking-investigation.pdf

Jean-Yves, do you think these materials should figure into our TPAC agenda item on regulatory matters?

Ian
