Thanks, Adrian. Here are some notes on “how the work of the WPWG could help”:

 * "Physical must embrace digital”
   This should be easier (especially down the road once standards facilitate convergence across channels).

 * The price to pay for bad mobile sites and apps is huge / One chance to make it count / Poor experience will damage reputations
   These all rely on the utility of the Open Web Platform in general. By augmenting the payment capabilities of the Web to streamline
   checkout we can improve the user experience.
