[payment agent] Updated Editors Draft and concept diagrams

Hi All,

Just a quick note that I updated the editors draft and several of the diagrams based on feedback from last weeks call.  The updates can be found on the github repository in the "latest" branch here -> https://github.com/w3c/webpayments-ig/tree/master/latest/payment-agent
