[Task Forces] Preliminary note to task force leads - planning for next deliverables, dates, etc.

Dear Web Payments Task Force Leaders:

On Monday's telcon, I took an action to talk with each of you about task force plans.
www.w3.org/Payments/IG/track/actions/115

If your name is on the "To:" line you are either formally (i.e. named as such on the Wiki page for the TF) or informally designated as a task force leader.

After our successful meeting at Bloomberg in NYC, we need to recalibrate. What I need from each TF is:
1) Revision of your Wiki page to accurately reflect the leadership and membership (as far as possible).
2) A new or revised list of deliverables for the TF.
3) A set of due dates for those deliverables.

This probably isn't as hard as it may sound.

I think it may be beneficial for us to meet as a group, so please take a moment to answer this doodle poll for when we might convene for one hour next week:

If we don't converge on a time, I will reach out to you individually. Please give this some thought.

Best regards,
David
