The minutes for the telcon have been posted.

On the telcon, we discussed the timeline for contributing to the agenda.
All IG members should review the timeline and figure out how they should engage.

We discussed looking for topic champions, and beginning to flesh out the topics.

We postponed discussion of the Capabilities document to next week.
