I'll take this opportunity to note that since April, the EARL work has 
been published as a Working Draft: http://www.w3.org/TR/EARL10/ -- earlier 
drafts used DAML+OIL, so there may be some interest amongst the EARL folk in 
being an OWL early adopter.
