WebID verification sites

Hi,

today I got some feedback on my WebID Test page [1]. I haven't tried it
for some time, so I was quite happy that it still works. It's based on
my old PHP code, that I no longer maintain. So I also checked the other
verification sites on the wiki [2]. Beside mine, the OpenLink site was
the only one which is still online.

Everyone who hosts a verification site or hosted a site listed in the
wiki, please update the wiki! If a PHP update would break my site, I
would just take it down. Then there would be only one site left.
