​lots of devices exist that could easily use a TLS cert. From TV's to
phones, servers and other internet enabled devices.

a browser is simply an app.  Web changes so very fast, if something works,
it seems to grow.  i was looking at
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_web_browsers the other day,
principally because i was thinking about root-cert support..

i wonder if anyones ever considered doing a remake of
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WorldWideWeb
