Meeting Minutes for Friday 1s February

We got a lot done on Friday at the meeting.
The logger was not working so we don't have the meetings published. 
Ted promised he'd get it published later, so hopefully it should
be up later this week.

We got through a large number of issues, and closed
a lot of actions. 

Next meeting is this Friday.
