http://www.w3.org/TR/webid/ is automatically generated by the respec tool, we could probably hack that if you think it's misleading. At this point the specs are still drafts and we're not a WG, we can't use the /TR/ namespace. We're planning to push the latest version of the specs to w3.org's CVS once we've finished the remaining editing tasks, hopefully in the next 1 to 2 weeks. Steph.
