cleaned up the Relying Parties wiki

There are a lot of services on the RelyingParties page that are no longer functioning, so I moved all those to a NoLongerInService section

  http://www.w3.org/wiki/Foaf%2Bssl/RelyingParties

Then we have the Identity Providers. I removed foaf.me and myxwiki, because
both of those no longer work with the latest spec. foaf.me never was an identity provider anyway - you had to edit the xml by hand.

We should clearly re-organise our wiki and clean things up. I think
we have a few more services that do WebID login, such as http://data.fm/
but it is very slow from over here.

We can do as much advertising for WebID as we want if we don't improve the demos, and clear up our act, then any message we try to send will just be destroyed by bad advertising, and our efforts wasted. So I propose we
all work together to improve the front page of our wiki community group.

For the moment https://my-profile.eu/ gives the best user experience followed
by openlink - but there is still a lot of work to do there to make that fluid.

If people have online projects using WebID that we have missed please let us know.
