Of course it is, we've made WebID the de facto standard for verifiable 
identity to be used by RWW ACLs. I know of no effort in this realm that 
isn't based on WebID. Thus, it is totally relevant.

That could work to for sure, I just want everyone with a vested interest 
to have a genuine opportunity to express their positions. TPAC and 
recent meetings are not reflective to the communities that will be 
impacted by the WebID definition endeavor.
