Folks,

I edited the spec [1] to incorporate the changes we discussed at the last telcon, see comments to pending action items [2] for details.
Please review the spec and let's discuss and finalize it at the WG call this week, hopefully we can ratify it for promotion to the Candidate Recommendation status.
