Dear Eben, Barbara, Marina and all involved in helping the WebFonts WG with meeting arrangements,
Thank you very much for your generous offer to host the meeting and provide the room for the group to use free of charge. Like I mentioned earlier, the WG was notified by some of its members that they would not be able to make it for the meeting on Oct. 8th. In an attempt to accommodate as many participants as possible we decided to change the meeting date and location - the WebFonts WG meeting is now scheduled to be held in the afternoon on Friday, Oct. 11th and will be hosted by Google at their office in Amsterdam. This change allows some participants to join us in person, and will also offer the opportunity for remote participants to join the meeting via video conferencing.
I very much appreciate your efforts finding the room for us to meet but due to the schedule changes we will not be using the room you generously offered. Thank you very much and I am looking forward to seeing you all at the conference.

Thank you all for your help with meeting arrangements, I really appreciate it.
Just a heads-up for your information - the WebFonts WG group was notified that some of the key participants may not be able to make it for the meeting on Oct. 8th due to either existing travel arrangements or limited travel budget. We are currently having a discussion via email and I will also bring this up at the conference call later today - there was a proposal to reconsider the meeting date and location, and Google has offered to host the meeting at their office in Amsterdam where we will have an opportunity to include remote participants via video conferencing. I expect the final decision to be made today after the call, will keep you updated on everything.
